Welcome, and thank you for your interest in my online yoga classes.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between you (the client) and me, Alisa Reibold. By signing up and participating in my live online classes, you agree to these Terms.
Please read them carefully.
1. Services
I offer live online yoga classes, designed to support individuals and remote teams in building well-being, balance, and body awareness.
There are no recordings or on-demand content – all sessions take place live via Zoom (or a similar platform).
2. Subscription & Payment

Access to my classes is based on a monthly subscription.

The subscription is flexible and can be cancelled at any time.

Prices are listed on my website.

Payment is due at the start of each monthly billing period.

Unless cancelled, the subscription automatically renews each month.

All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where I am unable to deliver the agreed service (e.g. class cancellations without rescheduling).
3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying me via email.

After cancellation, your access to classes will continue until the end of the current paid month.

Your subscription will not renew after cancellation.

No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.
4. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Yoga involves physical movement, which may not be suitable for everyone. By joining my classes, you confirm that:

You are physically able to participate safely.

You understand that participation is at your own risk.

You release me, Alisa Reibold, from any liability related to injuries or health issues that may occur during or after a class.
Please consult your doctor if you have any doubts about your physical condition before participating.
5. Intellectual Property
All class content – including verbal instructions, visual demonstrations, and any materials provided – remains my intellectual property.
You may not record, distribute, or reproduce any part of the classes without my written permission.
6. Respectful Conduct
I strive to create a welcoming, inclusive space. I reserve the right to remove access to classes in the event of inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior during sessions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:

Participation in the classes

Technical issues or interruptions

Inability to access a class due to factors beyond my control
8. Privacy
I respect your privacy and handle your personal data responsibly. Please refer to my Privacy Policy to learn how your data is collected, stored, and used.
9. Changes to Terms
I may update these Terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email or on my website. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of any updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
