Who am I?
I'm Alisa, former HR-Manager & HR-Consultant,
now heartfelt Yoga Teacher.
After working in HR for several years, I know firsthand how hard it is to juggle culture, connection, and wellbeing — especially in remote teams. Back then, yoga was what helped me stay grounded.
Today, I’m a certified yoga teacher (Vinyasa, Hatha & Yin), and I bring all that HR experience — and heart — into every session I teach.
I genuinely want to create moments where your team can breathe, reconnect with themselves and each other, and feel cared for.
